Joe is a native of Castle Dale.  He graduated from BYU
with a Civil Engineering Degree.  He worked in
Las Vegas for a time, but wanted to come back
to the area where he grew up.  Joe will be working for 
us in the Engineering department.  Welcome!

Scott shows off his new toy in engineering.  This new Plotter/Scanner
 can make 36" X 100' long maps and anything else engineering needs.
The scanner will scan a picture up to 40" wide.  Marketing will also be
 using this new piece of equipment for posters and advertising materials.

Mike and Troy Barker have been splicing fiber on Airport Road to connect the Airport with the other county buildings.    This is a continuing project for Carbon County.  Emery Telcom is running fiber to all of the Carbon County buildings in order to link  all of their departments together.
