Mexican Chef's Salad

Sauté
                1 lb chicken or hamburger
                Salt and Pepper
Add
                1 can drained kidney beans
Simmer for 10 minutes
Chop
                1 onion
                4 Tomatoes
                1 head of lettuce
Toss with
                8 oz grated cheese
                8 oz French Dressing
                Hot sauce to taste
Crunch and Add
                6 oz tortilla chips
Slice and Add
                1 large avocado
Mix everything together and garnish with extra chips, avocados and tomatoes.
