Coke Chicken

6 breasts (you can cube chicken before)
3/4 cube butter
1 onion (sliced)
1 C. ketchup
12 oz. Coke (you can use root beer, dr.pepper, etc.)
 
Melt butter in pan, add onion and brown
Add ketchup and bring to slight boil
Add Coke and bring to boil
Add Chicken and simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is desired consistency
*I also like to add seasonings like garlic, bbq seasoning, salt and pepper*
**I keep the heat on med/high so it thickens faster**
