Steak Sandwiches

Rib Steak  (sliced very thin)
Onions
Peppers (green, red, yellow)  Whatever you like
Munster cheese
 
Grill steak on high.  Remember this is RIB steak.  Don’t overcook.  Sprinkle it with your favorite steak seasoning.  Sauté or grill onions & peppers in a little butter.  Don’t overcook these either -  a little crunch is good.  When steak is cooked, pile slices on top of each other (this will be for a single sandwich).  Add some onion & peppers.  Place a slice of cheese on top.  Let cheese melt over the top (is your mouth watering yet?).  If you place a lid over the meat & peppers, the cheese will melt a little faster.  Place meat, onions, peppers & cheese on a toasted hoagie bun.  Enjoy!
