Cream of Broccoli Soup

3 cups Chopped up Broccoli
1 large onion diced
2 cups cut  carrots
2 table spoons of olive oil
2 quarts half and half
1 stick butter melted
5 slices of American Cheese (not processed cheese food)
1/2 cup flour
4 cups chicken bouillon
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
