Butterhorn Rolls

1 tsp. yeast

1/2 cup warm water

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

3/4 tsp. salt

4-4 1/2 cups flour

Combine yeast and warm water. Warm butter, milk, and sugar until butter melts. add eggs and salt. Mix in portions of flour until dough develops, knead dough and allow to rise 2-4 hours. Roll dough into a round, spread with melted butter, cut into pizza-like slices, roll. Freeze, or bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
