1 box dry bread crumbs
1 loaf white bread
1 loaf wheat bread
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 stick butter
4-5 stalks celery
1 small onion
celery salt
poultry seasoning
ground sage
Melt butter, sauté onions and celery until they become clear. Remove from heat and add soups and spices to taste, at least 1-2 tsp. Tear white and wheat bread and add to bread crumbs. Mix wet ingredients with dry, adding chicken broth as needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes, until toothpick comes out dry like cake. Can also be used to stuff turkey.
