Cheese Log

1 package Cream Cheese 1 Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I usually like Tillamook Sharp Cheddar) 1 Package chopped almonds 1 cup of pickled jalapenos (the kind you put on nachos) 1 bottle Hormel Real Bacon Bits (black label, black lid) 1/2 yellow onion chopped Cayenne pepper Plastic Wrap Box of Triscuts or Wheat Thins Put the cream cheese in a bowl Dump in the package of shredded cheddar Mix together good with hands Chop up the jalapenos and the onion into tiny pieces Put the jalapenos, onion and the whole bottle of bacon bits in the cheese mixture Mix with hands until everything is mixed in really good Pour almonds on a plate or just on your counter, you can make a ball or a log out of the cheese mixture, then roll in the almonds. Sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper and wrap in some plastic wrap. Best if sets in fridge for a couple hours to stiffen up before serving. Serve with favorite cracker.
