Sausage Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients: 1lb. Bulk Italian sausage (The big links) 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 2 cups water 1 cup chili sauce 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain Add macaroni and water. Bring to a boil Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in chili sauce and milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until heated through Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and let stand for 5 minutes
