Sausage Rolls

2 lbs Sausage meat

1 tbsp Seasoning salt

3 to 4 tbsp Steak sauce

3 to 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix together then form a long narrow roll, using flour on the board and hands.

1 pkg Puff pastry unthawed

Roll out one sheet and place sausage mixture as shown on the video, cut and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes then at 350 for an additional 10 minutes. Make sure the sausage meat is completely cooked through. These freeze easily and can be re-heated as they are best served warm.
