4 Tilapia Filets
Tartar Sauce
Cabbage
One lemon
One Lime
Fresh or Dried Basil
Salsa of your choice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes
Corn Tortillas
In oiled pan cook fish until done, Do not overcook. Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes and basil. While cooking chop cabbage and wedge lemons and limes. Dampen tortillas and cook in skillet until soft. Once the fish is cooked through (You will know the fish is cooked, because it will be white and flaky.) Take a cooked tortilla and lightly smear tartar sauce on the tortilla, add some of the fish and then the cabbage. Serve with lime wedge and salsa. Super simple and extremely delicious.
