Tenderize chicken tenders – want them fairly thin so that it will get cooked all the way through.  Need to heat a pan on the stove on medium heat and add olive oil to fry the chicken in.   After chicken is tenderized it is ready to dip first in the flour, then whipped eggs and then into the shake and bake mixture.  After you have dipped all of the chicken it is ready to fry in the olive oil.  Need to fry on each side for about 4 minutes.
