Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

4 chicken breasts

4 slices of prosciutto

4 slices of swiss cheese

4 slices of different type of swiss cheese

1 cup buttermilk

3 cups bread crumbs

 

Set oven to 350 degrees.  Pound chicken breast out till nice and thin and covers a large area.  Place one slice of prosciutto and two different slices of swiss cheese.   Rolls and wrap in plastic.  Chicken at be stored like this over night.  Take chicken and roll in buttermilk and then bread crumbs.  Place in hot buttered skillet and brown the chicken.  Next place in a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 350
