White Chocolate Chips

Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

 

Place desired amount of chips in to microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth. Place a dollop on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper. Using the back of your spoon spread out the chocolate to create the shape of a ghost. Place the mini chocolate chips for eyes. Place in the freezer for a few minutes to harden. Serve these in a candy dish or on top of cupcakes.
